She has a Master's in Digital Learning Leadership, obtained Fellowship with Sthe Institute of Healthcare Improvement, and a certificate in policy development and advocacy. She possesses a BSc Nursing and a Graduate Certifcate in Digital Transformation leadership and Hospital Operation: Patient Experiences. She is a registered Critical Care Nurse and an IPC Trainer. She is a fellow of the West African College of Nursing and a workshop consultant for
counting professional education for Nurses and Midwives. She is a Functional lead for Critical Care at Nyaho Medical Center. She works as a nurse consultant on projects.
She's also a Fellow with the West African postgraduate college of Nursing and is currently the Assistant Secretary of the College. She is a committee secretary for Policy, Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation (PPME) of Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA). She is also a founding member of the African Federation of Critical care nurses and the Sepsis Ambassador for Ghana on the Nursing Platform of the Global Sepsis Alliance (GSA). She holds a National Nursing excellence award 2021 in leadership and governance in the private sector. She has also been awarded for being part of a team initiating Infection prevention and control at the 37 Military Hospital. Juliet loves computer games, jog, and do the garden during her leisure.
